Energy Efficiency Installer
About the role
We are seeking an experienced Energy Technician to join our dynamic team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of experience in a related industry and will be responsible for installing energy-efficient equipment and providing technical support to residential customers.
Responsibilities
- Install energy efficient equipment
- Conduct pre- and post-installation verifications
- Provide technical advice, guidance, and training
- Input and update status on projects to program staff
- Troubleshoot technical issues
- Represent the company and program locally to customers and contractors
- Travel throughout a defined territory
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work in various climates and perform physical tasks
- Ability to lift, carry, or push up to 40 pounds frequently
- Ability to work in-person in multiple homes per day
Qualifications
- Experience in a related industry
- Physical ability to perform the essential functions of the job

- Technical knowledge of energy efficiency upgrades

Pay
$19.00 - $21.00/hr
Schedule
Field work (in-person in multiple homes per day), warehouse work, or driving on behalf of the company. Field work includes work in industrial/commercial locations and customer homes. Must hold a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record as an ongoing requirement for continued employment.

Target Compensation
Compensation range: $19.00 - $21.00/hr
