Join the Remediation Management team within Transmission & Distribution as an Energy Delivery / Distribution, Senior Advisor. This role is pivotal in driving notification compliance from initiation through successful close-out, directly influencing the organization’s ability to meet strategic compliance goals and ensuring the integrity and reliability of critical infrastructure. Responsibilities

• Implements new analytical techniques to move beyond traditional energy delivery system planning problems, developing and implementing processes that support and improve the execution of construction, maintenance, and inspection activities.
• Participates in the design and analysis of new programs to improve the company's reliability.
• Diagnoses and resolves engineering complaints to improve customer satisfaction and circuit reliability.
• Ensures compliance with all safety, training, and auditable guidelines, policies, practices, organization standards, and government regulations.
• Oversees in-depth analysis, developing recommendations that support the organization and address technical concerns.
• Enables proper execution of risk management requirements related to pursuits, including review of contracts, fees, and proposals in conformance with risk review requirements.
• Plans, directs, and coordinates activities to prevent energy service interruptions and minimize the impact and restoration time of service interruptions.
• Participates in process design and modification for continuous business improvement, creating data collection frameworks for structured and unstructured data.
• Oversees project/program budgets and drives accountability.
• A material job duty of all positions is ensuring the protection of all physical, financial, and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.

Requirements

• Ten years of experience in energy delivery/distribution.
• Possess a valid Class C Driver's License.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ten or more years of Utility Industry Transmission and Distribution Operations or program management experience.
• Experience with Grid, District, and/or regional scheduling processes and notification dispositioning in alignment with E1 policy and GO95 requirements.
• Experience and knowledge of notification lifecycle (IPSEC), including but not limited to understanding the differences between P1/P2/P3 and required end dates for each (e.g., HFEX, HFIA, non-HFRA).
• Experience in Data Analytics, with a strong background in managing, validating large or complex datasets, and deriving insights to identify opportunities for improved performance.
• Experience with PowerBI, SAP, DM, DCPT, GTT, DCRT, ClickSchedule, WorkIt, FMP360.
• Experience preparing and presenting weekly and monthly status reports on compliance performance to a broad audience, including operations personnel and senior executives.
• Experience working with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system (SAP, Oracle, etc.), or with analytical tools such as SAS or SAS Visual Analytics (VA), BI Dashboard.

Schedule

This position’s work mode is hybrid. The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days. The work mode can be changed based on business needs.

Additional Information

• Position will require up to 10% traveling and being out in the field throughout the SCE service territory.
• This position has been identified as a NERC/CIP impacted position. Prior to being hired, the successful candidate must pass a Personnel Risk Assessment (PRA) or Background Investigation. Once hired, the candidate must complete specified training prior to gaining un-escorted access to assigned work location and performing necessary job duties.
• Relocation does not apply to this position.
• Employees are required to work and reside in the state of California.
