Core Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Management: Gather energy data from internal systems, SAP, utility invoices, and external sources; maintain and update databases and associated dashboards and Power BI.
- Analysis & Modeling: Perform statistical and predictive modeling to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for energy management; assist Energy Team with forecasts and performance.
- Reporting & Visualization: Create detailed reports, dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Databricks, other), and visualizations for internal business stakeholder presentations.
- Collaboration: Work with Energy Team, project managers, IT, accounting, finance and other departments to integrate data into energy management reporting systems.
Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Energy Management, Engineering, Environmental Science, Data Science, Analytics, or related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, SQL, data modeling, statistical analysis, and data visualization tools, Power BI, Databricks, others; experience with energy coefficients, conversion and calculations.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail; ability to interpret complex datasets and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of energy terms and calculations, markets, regulations, and REC markets.
