About the role
O’Melveny & Myers LLP is looking for outstanding associates (2nd – 4th year) to support our Energy Industry group.
Requirements
Ideal candidates should have excellent academic credentials and demonstrated experience on a variety of complex domestic and/or international energy transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, project development, real estate, project finance, project contracts, and related transactional matters across energy sectors.
Preferred experience
- Experience with both upstream and midstream M&A
- Data center and power project contracts
- Tax equity finance transactions
