A Typical Day at IWG

  • Connect incoming calls to customers
  • Ensure all services are properly charged so invoices are accurate
  • Sort through mail while handling customer requests and emailing customers about package arrivals
  • Help customers with printing and invoice questions
  • Open service tickets for facility issues (e.g., temperature adjustments)
  • Organize next week's networking event in your center
  • Plan and write e-invites to customers, then create, print, and put up posters around the center
  • Engage with prospects interested in joining the IWG community, sharing details about the space and encouraging them to join
  • Assist customers in meeting rooms with wrap-up and provide dining recommendations
  • Ensure everything is tidy at the end of the day
