About the role
O’Melveny & Myers LLP is seeking outstanding associates (2nd – 4th year) to support our Energy Industry group.
Responsibilities
- Handle a variety of complex domestic and/or international energy transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, project development, real estate, project finance, project contracts, and related transactional matters across energy sectors.
Requirements
- Excellent academic credentials.
- Demonstrated experience in energy transactions.
Qualifications
- Experience with both upstream and midstream M&A is a plus.
- Experience with data center and power project contracts is a plus.
- Experience with tax equity finance transactions is a plus.
