We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role (maybe description), Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Also remove application instructions (application period timeline maybe considered instruction? It's not exactly instruction to apply, but it's about timeline; maybe we can keep as part of description? The instruction says remove application instructions. The timeline about application period may be considered application instruction; better to drop it. Also remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines. We need to parse the posting. Key info: - Relocation assistance may be available. - Clearance required for start: No. - Clearance type: Secret. - Travel: Yes, 10% of the Time. - Description paragraph about Northrop Grumman. - Role: energetics engineer level 2 or 3, Manufacturing LAP team. - Responsibilities: list of essential job functions & responsibilities (multiple bullet-like sentences). We'll need to convert to
  • . - Qualifications: Basic Qualifications (level 2 and level 3 details). Also Preferred Qualifications list. - Skills: maybe derived from qualifications? Could combine but we need separate sections if content exists. The posting includes "Demonstrated experience in: manufacturing and production..., troubleshooting...". Also Preferred qualifications list includes many skill-like items. We could put Skills section with those items. Or we could put Qualifications (basic and preferred) and Skills separate. The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to decide which sections have content. We have: - About the role: description paragraph about Northrop Grumman and role overview. Could be "About the role". We'll put that. - Responsibilities: essential job functions & responsibilities list. - Requirements: maybe basic qualifications? Could be "Requirements". But we also have Qualifications section. The instruction list includes both Requirements and Qualifications. We need to decide what to put where. Typically Requirements = basic qualifications (must have). Qualifications = preferred qualifications. We'll follow that. - Skills: maybe the demonstrated experience and preferred qualifications that are skill-based. Could combine with Qualifications but we need a Skills section if we have content. We could put skill items under Skills. - Benefits: posting mentions relocation assistance may be available, also mentions benefits: health insurance, life and disability, savings plan, company paid holidays, PTO, overtime, shift differential, discretionary bonus, annual bonuses, long term incentives for VP/Director. Also mention that employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, discretionary bonus. Also mention benefits: health insurance etc. So we have benefits content. - Pay: salary ranges provided: Primary Level Salary Range: $87,600 - $131,400; Secondary Level Salary Range: $108,800 - $163,200. Also note about base salary factors, overtime etc. So we have Pay. - Schedule: "This role supports 1st shift operations on a 4/10 schedule." So schedule content. Also we have clearance info: Clearance required for start: No; Clearance type: Secret; Travel: Yes, 10% of the Time. Could be part of About the role or Requirements? Could be included in a section like "Requirements" maybe as bullet. But we have no specific heading for clearance/travel; we could include them under Requirements or About the role. Since we must not invent sections, we can include them in a

under About the role or Requirements. Probably better to add them under Requirements as bullet points. We must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID/requisition numbers. We must not include boilerplate: EEO, application period timeline, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. We need to preserve all substantive information: relocation assistance, clearance, travel, description, responsibilities, basic qualifications, preferred qualifications, skills (demonstrated experience), benefits, pay, schedule. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. Let's structure:

    About the role

    ... description paragraph(s) ...

Maybe also include relocation assistance, clearance, travel in About the role? Could be separate

after description. Better: After description paragraph, add a

with relocation assistance, clearance, travel. But we need to avoid duplication. Let's extract description: "At Northrop Grumman, our employees have incredible opportunities to work on revolutionary systems that impact people's lives around the world today, and for generations to come. Our pioneering and inventive spirit has enabled us to be at the forefront of many technological advancements in our nation's history - from the first flight across the Atlantic Ocean, to stealth bombers, to landing on the moon. We look for people who have bold new ideas, courage and a pioneering spirit to join forces to invent the future, and have fun along the way. Our culture thrives on intellectual curiosity, cognitive diversity and bringing your whole self to work — and we have an insatiable drive to do what others think is impossible. Our employees are not only part of history, they're making history." Then role specifics: "Northrop Grumman Defense systems armament systems business unit in Elk River, MN is seeking an energetics engineer level 2 or 3. You'll get to join the Manufacturing LAP (Load-Assemble-Pack) team to support production activities. This role focuses on equipment support, new project (capital) implementation and process improvements over typical manufacturing line and product support. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing with the ability to create detailed work instructions, troubleshoot equipment failures, lead projects from start to finish, and provide work direction to technicians. Our Elk River site consists of a serene 3,200 acres, with over 20 active buildings, and numerous projects supporting development, manufacturing and testing for Northrop Grumman’s Defense Systems Division. Our Manufacturing Engineering team works to continuously improve, support, and maintain manufacturing activities of Medium Caliber Ammunition and Warhead production through a variety of self-directed daily tasks and larger team projects. This role supports 1st shift operations on a 4/10 schedule." We could split: About the role includes the first paragraph about NG culture and maybe the role overview. Then Responsibilities separate. But we also have schedule mentioned there; we could move schedule to Schedule section. Let's decide: About the role: first paragraph about NG culture and maybe the role overview (seeking energetics engineer level 2/3, join LAP team, focus...). We'll include that. Responsibilities: list of essential job functions & responsibilities. Requirements: basic qualifications (level 2 and level 3) plus clearance, citizenship, travel, relocation assistance? Actually relocation assistance is a benefit, not requirement. Clearance type: Secret (required? It says Clearance required for start: No, but Clearance type: Secret. So maybe they need ability to obtain Secret clearance? It says Ability to obtain DoD Secret Clearance (US Citizenship required) under Basic Qualifications. So we include that under Requirements. Skills: demonstrated experience and preferred qualifications that are skill-based: manufacturing and production of mechanical components and/or automated systems; troubleshooting and investigation of equipment and process failures; experience in regulated industry; equipment verification and validation (IQ, OQ, PQ); product design verification, inspection and non-conformance handling protocols; drafting hazard analysis, risk assessments and/or PFMEA; experience with hazardous materials or environments, specifically energetic and explosive materials. We could also include "Ability to create detailed work instructions, lead projects, provide work direction" but that's more responsibilities. Benefits: relocation assistance may be available; health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business; overtime, shift differential, discretionary bonus; annual bonuses; long term incentives for VP/Director (maybe not relevant but still benefit). Also mention that employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Pay: Primary Level Salary Range: $87,600.00 - $131,400.00; Secondary Level Salary Range: $108,800.00 - $163,200.00; note about base salary factors, overtime etc. Schedule: This role supports 1st shift operations on a 4/10 schedule. We must not include application period timeline. Now produce HTML. We'll need to wrap lists in
