Endur Operator- 2nd Shift

About the role

The Endur Operator is responsible for laser welding and rolling forming spacers on the machine at a standard rate, ensuring parts meet customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operates hoist, loads and unloads coils, and threads machine including operating the embossing unit.
• Performs quality checks, strength tests, and completes associated paperwork.
• Runs and packs product at a standard rate.
• Operates computer and bar code system.
• Makes minor adjustments to lasers, encoder and straightener and does basic troubleshooting.
• Maintains clean area and good manufacturing practices and housekeeping.
• Adheres to and completes work within the 5S standards, SOPs, and OSHA guidelines.

Requirements

• 2 years of applicable experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Intermediate understanding of mathematics, able to read and understand precision measuring specifications.
• Good mechanical abilities.

Qualifications

Must be able to work flexible hours, Monday-Friday: 3:00pm - 11:00pm.

Skills

• Strong mechanical skills.
• Ability to read and understand precision measuring specifications.
• Basic troubleshooting skills.

Pay

$20.50 per hour plus $0.50/hr in shift differential.

Schedule

Monday-Friday: 3:00pm - 11:00pm.
