Endpoint Engineer (MacOSX Specialist)

Responsibilities

• Administer MacOSX systems using JamF PRO with proficient expertise.
• Ensure all computers run on the latest OS patch level for system security and performance.
• Ensure all applications are updated to the latest versions across all managed devices.
• Create automated deployments for software installations and updates.
• Streamline the deployment process for new Apple computers, enhancing efficiency and user experience.
• Provide 3rd level support for other support groups on any OSX related issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience in administering OSX through JamF PRO.
• Strong understanding of MacOSX patch management and software updating processes.
• Ability to design and implement automated software deployment strategies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with the IT team.

Nice to Have

• Experience in managing and maintaining Apple iOS devices through Microsoft InTune.

Pay

$100,000–$140,000 a year
