Essential Functions
- Operates/handles equipment properly during Endoscopic procedures.
- Aids in prepping the room for the next patient.
- Safeguards endoscope equipment in working order.
- Hangs, sets up, troubleshoots, and tests the functionality of endoscopes (suction, air/water, irrigation, etc.) before procedures begin.
Qualifications
- Surgical Technology degree required or related field degree required.
- Experience in Endoscopy Tech role of 1-2 years preferred.
