Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care for patients undergoing GI and endoscopic procedures
- Perform pre-, intra-, and post‑procedure assessments
- Administer medications and moderate sedation
- Assist physicians during procedures
- Monitor patient status to ensure safety and comfort
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Educate patients and families
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Follow infection prevention and quality standards
