Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology
• Eligible to obtain an unrestricted Connecticut medical license
• Eligible for DEA and Connecticut Controlled Substance registration
• Passion for providing high-quality, patient-centered endocrine care
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills
