About the role
Columbia Memorial Hospital in collaboration with Oregon Health & Science University are searching for an Endocrinologist to join their established CMH-OHSU Health Endocrinology Clinic in Astoria, Oregon.
Responsibilities
- Community-based practice with an academic affiliation
- Four-day work week
- Outpatient, adult-only role with no call responsibilities
- Collaborative and established clinic staff including an endocrinology physician, medical assistants, onsite pump trainers, and a diabetic educator/MNT with accessible Social Workers and Clinic pharmacists
- Growing and financially strong organization
Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy degree from an accredited medical school
- Board Certification or Board Eligible in Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism
- Active, unrestricted Oregon Medical License
- DEA Certificate
