Role: Endocrinologist in a physician-owned multi-specialty group practice. Responsibilities: Provide outpatient endocrine care, perform procedures as needed, collaborate with support staff, and participate in occasional internal medicine backup call (1:10). Qualifications: Board certification or recent residency completion (within 5 years), excellent communication skills. Work Environment: Private clinic with exam and procedure rooms, supported by front and back-office staff; hospital-based care at a modern, full-service hospital nearby. Compensation & Benefits: Guaranteed annual salary of $230,000, with RVU incentives, signing bonus, relocation assistance, and CME allowance. Opportunity for ownership in clinic LLC and building LLC within two years, offering additional income. Practice Details: Clinic hours Monday-Thursday, Friday until noon; no on-call duties for endocrinology, supported by hospitalist inpatient coverage. Participates in fee-for-service and value-based reimbursement models with minimal Medicaid/uninsured patients.
