Responsibilities
- Manage diabetes, thyroid disorders, metabolic conditions, osteoporosis, adrenal/pituitary issues, and other endocrine disorders.
- Work closely with board-certified Endocrinologists, diabetes educators (RDN/CDCES), and multidisciplinary teams in cardiology, bariatrics, oncology, and women's health.
- On-site lab, imaging, and diagnostic support.

- Immediate patient volume with robust primary care referrals.

Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
- Board certification as NP (Family, Adult-Gerontology, or Acute Care) or PA-CC.
- Certified Illinois APRN or PA license (or eligible) and valid DEA license.
- Endocrinology experience preferred; strong interest in diabetes management required.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills.

Pay
A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $120,000-$140,000 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
