Requirements

• Education: Successfully completed, or currently completing, an accredited residency program
• Board Status: Must be board certified or board eligible in Endocrinology
• Licensure: Active Oregon Physician's license (or willingness to obtain one if offered a position)
• Credentialing: Must maintain valid state-level Controlled Substance licensure and Federal DEA registration, as applicable to your specialty
• Life Support: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required
