About the role
Mercy Endocrinology is a growing and established outpatient practice in Springfield, Missouri. We are seeking a board certified or board eligible Endocrinologist to join our highly sustainable clinical model with procedural options, strong team support, and an excellent quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Participate in a 1:1 medical-assistant model
- Perform thyroid ultrasound and ultrasound-guided FNA biopsies
- Manage minimal call responsibilities
- Work within a 4.5-day outpatient workweek from 8 am to 4 pm
- Manage hospital diabetes care through hospitalists

Requirements
- Board certification or board eligibility in Endocrinology
- Experience in endocrinology preferred

- Strong clinical skills

Pay
A competitive income guarantee and productivity model to follow, typically in the 90th percentile.
