About the role
Mercy Endocrinology, located in Springfield, Missouri, is a growing and established outpatient practice. We are currently seeking a board certified or board eligible Endocrinologist interested in a highly sustainable clinical model with procedural options, strong team support, and an excellent quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Participate in a 4.5-day outpatient workweek, generally from 8 am to 4 pm.
- No inpatient rounding required; hospital diabetes care is managed by hospitalists.
- Minimal call responsibilities, with most initial calls triaged through an experienced Physician Assistant (PA).
Requirements
- Board certification or board eligibility in Endocrinology.
- A strong interest in a clinical model that supports procedural options and a high-quality of life.

- Experience in managing a variety of endocrine disorders.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to patient care.
