About the role

Cleveland Clinic Akron General is recruiting a Board Certified/Board Eligible Endocrinologist to join a collegial group of 5 Endocrinologists and one Certified Nurse Practitioner.

Responsibilities

• Clinical position which is predominantly outpatient in a community setting
• Support for diabetes management – technology downloads in office (pumps/meters/CGM), diabetes education/nutrition consults available
• Ability to perform thyroid ultrasound and thyroid FNA in office if desired
• Shared call 1:6
• Mild inpatient responsibility on the endocrine consultation service – rounds with residents/medical students at Cleveland Clinic Akron General

Qualifications

• Board Certification/Eligibility in Endocrinology
• Experience in managing diabetes
• Ability to perform thyroid ultrasound and thyroid FNA
• Experience with office-based diabetes management technologies
• Experience with office-based diabetes education and nutrition consults
• Experience with office-based thyroid ultrasound and FNA
• Experience with shared call responsibilities
• Experience with inpatient endocrine consultation service

Pay

Pay Range
Minimum salary: $231,750
Maximum salary: $337,500
