About the role

Gateway Surgery Center is an outpatient surgical center focused on providing endoscopic procedures in a comfortable and professional setting. This position is part of a fast-paced team dedicated to achieving high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assists endoscopy team during procedures.
• Arranges and inventories sterile setup for operations.
• Passes items as needed to the endoscopy team.
• Aids in preparing and moving patients.
• Cleans the endoscopy room.
• Maintains care to meet patient outcomes and facility goals.
• Distributes and controls supplies and equipment.
• Tracks inventory according to facility procedures.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Current CPR certification.
• Two years experience in endoscopy preferred.
• Ability to work as a team member and communicate professionally.
• Flexibility, reliability, productivity, patient orientation, and self-motivation.
• Positive demeanor and professional conduct.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, correspondence, and memos.
• Effective communication skills in one-on-one and small group settings.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Current CPR certification.
• Two years experience in endoscopy preferred.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $20 - $25 per hour.

Schedule
