End User Support Analyst V

Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 1, 2, and 3 technical support to the end-user community.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and user problems as they arise.
  • Manage incident tickets from initiation to resolution.
  • Participate in resolving chronic issues and other technical projects as assigned.
  • Install, expand, and configure operating systems, software applications, utilities, and service packs based on user needs.
  • Perform software and hardware upgrades, routine maintenance, and monitoring.
  • Test new software, operating systems, upgrades, and applications before production implementation.
  • Train users on the use of equipment and software as needed.
  • Participate in projects as a team member.
  • Update Remedy system in a timely manner.

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Windows operating systems.
  • Experience managing large PC environments is preferred.
  • Broad expertise in computer software applications, desktop systems, and networks.
  • Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with co-pilot, Cisco phone, A/V, laptop, iPad, and desktop support.
  • Proficiency in Office 365.

About the Role

The End User Support Analyst V will provide comprehensive technical support to the end-user community under minimal supervision. This role involves troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and user issues, managing incident tickets, and participating in technical projects. The ideal candidate will have experience with Windows operating systems, a broad understanding of computer software applications, and excellent communication and customer service skills. The position requires working the midnight shift from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $30 - $35 per hour. The specific compensation will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
