Job Overview: The End User Computer (EUC) Engineer I will be responsible for planning, configuring, testing, deploying, reporting on and supporting the corporate physical and virtual image (Mac and Windows OS), proprietary and 3rd party application packages, application and OS update/patch management (Mac and Windows OS) and physical and virtual configuration management solutions (SCCM, Intune, JAMF) and virtual technologies (Citrix, VMware, Windows 365, etc.). Responsibilities: Package, test, and deploy system and application updates/patches to the end-user environmentComprehensive administration of the physical and virtual environmentsEvaluate and test new hardware and softwareProvide Level 2 and Level 3 endpoint technical support in a primarily Microsoft Windows 11 environmentEscalation support including VIP (executive) issuesMaintain physical and virtual standards, knowledge base, operating procedures, guidelines, and system documentationTrack and manage software renewalsMaintain 99% weekly patch compliance through ongoing monitoring and remediationCreate, maintain and administer standard corporate image, deployment, management, and monitoring capabilityPerform planning, design and implementation of physical and virtual hardware, software, and application upgrades and rollouts through physical and virtual management toolsProvide systems / OS support for a large application portfolioDeliver assigned projects on time and within budgetResearch and evaluate physical and virtual capabilities and tools as required to ensure functionality is available to support business initiatives across the organizationIntegrate AI automation into daily processes to improve operational efficiency and ease of doing businessFollow established change and problem management processes What are we looking for? Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience with End User Computing technical support in a Windows environmentMinimum of 1 years of SCCM (MECM) Current Branch experience in SCCM Administrator and minimum of 4 years of experience with Active Directory and GPO managementMust have established experience with physical and virtual image development to include deploymentMust have application and OS patch management experience in a medium to large-size corporate environment with multiple client sites preferred using tools such as SCCM, WSUS, and IntuneProficient troubleshooting skills with Windows OS/Office Suite including Windows 11 and Office 365 experience Core Competencies: Application support experience (Windows/Mac OS) for a large application portfolio in an enterprise environment requiredProficient with application virtualization and delivery using Citrix, VMWare, and similar VDI technologiesDeliver exceptional high-touch customer service, issue resolution, and support for internal customers and external advisorsDemonstrable and adaptable scripting and development knowledge (PowerShell, VBScript, Batch, etc.)Strong business, technical, and analytical skills, with the ability to apply advanced problem-solving to resolve customer issuesSelf-starter with the ability to effectively work with minimal supervisionIntermediate working knowledge of application packaging and deployment using programs and advertisementsAbility to manage multiple end-user support and business as usual requests effectivelyAbility and willingness to work nights, weekends, and On-Call supportExcellent work ethic; must be able and willing to be a productive, reliable, and collaborative team member with the One Team on One Mission mindset Preferences: Experience with SCCM and Citrix virtual tools for patch deployments, tracking, reporting and remediation preferredExperience with application packaging, scripting, and imaging is a plusExperience with DEX platforms, such as NexthinkExperience using AI tools, including Copilot, Cursor AI, and ClaudeExperience deploying, administering, and maintaining disk encryption technologies, preferably BitLockerUnderstanding of Security, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Proxy concepts is a plusStrong ability to strategize for the future and design technical solutionsExperience in cloud technologies such as Microsoft AzureExperience with deep dive troubleshooting; especially around hardware drivers related issues Pay Range: $28.13-$46.85/hour Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
