End User Engagement Communications Program Support

This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a Business Services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement communication plans and engagement strategies for federal clients
• Collaborate with staff on strategic communications projects
• Build and maintain relationships with client executives
• Create and manage various communications content such as web content, blogs, and campaign materials
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure project success
• Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities
• Train and mentor staff within the engagement team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3+ years of relevant post-graduation experience
• 3+ years of management consulting experience in federal or healthcare sectors
• 3+ years of experience in strategic communications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent multi-disciplinary project and team management skills
• US Citizenship required due to contract stipulations

Pay

$98,000 – $163,000 annually
