Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operation of end-user computing platforms, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, RF scanners, and peripherals
- Perform device management activities using tools such as Microsoft Intune, JAMF, and SOTIS
- Support device provisioning, configuration, refresh, and decommissioning, including Windows Autopilot and standard department device setups
- Support operating system updates and patching for end-user devices, including application packaging, testing, and maintaining compatibility across updates
- Monitor and troubleshoot Intune and JAMF health issues that impact device enrollment, compliance, configuration, or manufacturing reliability
- Provide advanced endpoint support for issues escalated from Desktop or Service Desk teams
- Partner with Network, Security, Server, and other IT teams to resolve device-related issues
- Support end-user audiovisual (AV) solutions and participate in AV-related projects, including vendor coordination and device deployment
- Participate in an on-call rotation to support after-hours incidents impacting manufacturing operations and business users
Qualifications
- Required: Supporting end-user devices and operating systems in an enterprise IT environment
- Familiarity with endpoint management tools such as Microsoft Intune, JAMF, or similar
- Strong troubleshooting skills with hardware, operating systems, and endpoint configuration
- Clear communication skills and a strong customer-service mindset
Preferred Experience
- Serving in manufacturing or operational environments
- Experience with application packaging or endpoint configuration management
- Exposure to Active Directory or Entra ID
- Basic familiarity with scripting or automation (e.g., PowerShell)
