End Line Specialist
Position Summary
Ensure overall production of machines and quality according to specifications. Troubleshoot and repair complex issues on the equipment. Read and understand PO sheets for accuracy and quality of finished ends. Locate, clear, and troubleshoot jams. Correctly read and interpret control panel messages/statuses. Perform regular servicing and problem-solving regarding machinery. Lead maintenance team during line changeovers. Train and assist other employees on daily production duties, including product changes, housekeeping, and visual quality checks. Train technicians on process troubleshooting.
Essential Functions/Key Deliverables
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the department.
- Comply with all Health & Safety regulations, rules, procedures, and policies.
- Comply with ISO 14001 and BRC environmental requirements.
- Perform any reasonable duties assigned by management.
Knowledge/Skills/Experience
- Good mechanical aptitude.
- Experience in End Line Department.
- Ability to use calipers and micrometers.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Organizational skills and ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of SAP and Lighthouse.
- Experience in mechanical maintenance and repair.
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
