Enchanted Village - Guest Services Team Leader

About the role

Jordan's is seeking a Seasonal Guest Services Team Lead to help oversee daily operations of the Enchanted Village experience in Avon, MA. This holiday attraction welcomes thousands of families each season and features the Enchanted Village display, MOM 4D Ride, LITE Laser Show, SKATE, The Tube, concessions, and more. This temporary seasonal role is a great opportunity to gain leadership experience, earn extra income, and be part of a tradition that has brought joy to New England families for generations.

Schedule

We have a variety of shifts available including days, afternoons, nights, and weekends.

Pay

Starting Pay: $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, coach, and support a team of Seasonal Guest Service Reps
• Ensure guests receive a welcoming, memorable, and exceptional holiday experience
• Assist with coordinating staffing assignments, breaks, and daily operations
• Greet guests and direct them to and from Enchanted Village attractions
• Support operations at MOM, the LITE Laser Show, SKATE, The Tube, concessions, and other attraction areas
• Answer guest questions and provide outstanding customer service
• Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when needed
• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Assist with concession sales and service
• Monitor attraction areas to ensure safety, cleanliness, and presentation standards are maintained
• Help train new team members and serve as a role model for guest service excellence
• Assist with the set-up, daily upkeep, and closing responsibilities of the Enchanted Village experience
• Ensure Jordan's high standards of appearance, cleanliness, and hospitality are consistently met

Requirements

• Ability to lead and inspire a team while creating a positive work environment
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Positive, upbeat, and enthusiastic attitude
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Previous guest service, retail, hospitality, entertainment, or leadership experience preferred
• Experience handling cash and credit card transactions
• Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Must be comfortable standing and walking for extended periods of time
• Ability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be available to begin training at the end of October
• Must be at least 18 years of age
