About the Role

The EMV Production Scheduler will be responsible for managing the EMV production schedule and Chip Flashing Schedule in a 24/5 high-mix, high-volume manufacturing environment with multiple production lines. You will collaborate with material planners, operations, and shipping/logistics to ensure on-time delivery and meet KPI targets.

Responsibilities

  • Produce and update a detailed production schedule and plan using ERP and other data systems to maximize availability of finished goods and minimize machine downtime.
  • Initiate production orders and monitor forecasts, customer orders, and backlog for unexpected changes, revising plans as needed.
  • Utilize WIP reports and ERP/MES systems to determine material requirements and priorities.
  • Revise production schedules due to customer demand, labor or material shortages, backlogs, or other interruptions, collaborating with stakeholders and management.
  • Work closely with Regional Production Planning to support load balancing.
  • Prioritize orders based on customer due dates in EMV and maintain proper order flow.
  • Coordinate with Quality on vendor-related issues or supply chain discrepancies.
  • Manage external processing of materials for third-party services.
  • Participate in lean activities and process improvements, such as Kaizen suggestions and 5 Why problem-solving analysis.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business preferred.
  • At least 3-5 years’ experience in a manufacturing job shop environment.
  • Demonstrated ability in SAP (3-5 years of experience, including MRP analysis).
  • Ability to follow work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures, and create new ones as needed.
  • Experience working on complex problems with multiple variables and unknown solutions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in a QMS ISO 9001 environment.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage shifting daily priorities.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $80,000 - $90,000 and includes eligibility for an annual bonus.
