About the role

Ensure safe, high-quality plasma donor care as a Bilingual EMT-B.

Responsibilities

• Perform EMT-B level assessments and monitor donor well-being.
• Respond to donor reactions following established emergency protocols.
• Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking donors, explaining procedures and providing aftercare instructions.
• Assist with vital signs, documentation, and equipment use while adhering to safety and infection control standards.
• Support a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate fluently in English and Spanish.
• Knowledge of emergency response protocols and safety standards.
• Strong documentation and interpersonal skills.
