EMT Skills Instructor - Per Diem

About the role

We are looking for an EMT Teaching Assistant to join our team. This position will implement the Emergency Medical Technician – Basic Program curriculum in accordance with DOT. Assisting the EMT Principal (Lead) Instructor / EMT Instructor in demonstration and practice designed to develop and evaluate student skill competencies; and Assisting the EMT Principal (Lead) Instructor / EMT Instructor in conducting the program sessions.

Responsibilities

• Implement the Emergency Medical Technician – Basic Program curriculum in accordance with DOT.
• Assist the EMT Principal (Lead) Instructor / EMT Instructor in demonstration and practice designed to develop and evaluate student skill competencies.
• Assist the EMT Principal (Lead) Instructor / EMT Instructor in conducting the program sessions.
• Demonstrate and evaluate student skill competencies in accordance with DOT standards.

Qualifications

• Possession of valid Arizona EMT Certification
• Possession of current BLS Provider Certification
• Endorsement of EMT Program Director

• Hourly Rate: $18.00
