EMT, Paramedic, or LPN (Clinic)
Medcor is seeking a part-time weekend EMT, Paramedic, or LPN to serve as an Onsite Health Technician in our employer-based occupational health clinic in Indianapolis, IN.
Schedule
Friday and Saturday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
Pay
$29.00 – $35.00/hour based on experience and licensure.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Medcor’s medical and operational leadership, local providers, client staff, and corporate contacts.
- Provide patient care, manage workers’ compensation cases, and facilitate Return to Work (RTW) programs.
- Assess and treat workplace injuries/illnesses using Medcor’s Evidence-Based Medicine protocols (MCPs).
- Conduct pre-employment/post-offer screenings, Physical Assessment Testing (PATs), and OSHA record-keeping.
- Perform medical charting using state-of-the-art EMR tools and support employee health/wellness initiatives.
- Deliver superior customer service to clients and employees.
Requirements
- Valid licensure (EMT, Paramedic, or LPN) for the position.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Proficiency with technology (EMR software, cell phones, fax machines, etc.).
- Ability to lift a 50lb emergency response bag.
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills and a positive, outgoing personality.
- Passion for patient care and willingness to go above and beyond.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in occupational health, emergency medicine, or critical care.
- Comfort working in a worksite clinic environment.
