EMT - Paramedic

Grade 66, Full-Time – Wilkes County is seeking highly motivated applicants who possess professional communication skills and the ability to handle a wide range of situations in a professional manner.

About the role

Employees in this class perform paramedic level life support, stabilization procedures, and emergency medical care in the Emergency Medical Services unit of Wilkes County.

Requirements

• Must currently possess Paramedic certification or be enrolled in a Paramedic program
• NC or National Registry Paramedic certification
• Excellent driving record and a valid driving license
• Preferred certifications: ACLS, BTLS, and PALS
