About the role

The Clinic Manager position is available at Medcor's construction site clinic in Palmetto, GA. Hours are Monday - Saturday from 7:00am - 5:00pm. Duties may vary based on client needs.

Responsibilities

Provide oversight and support of clinic workflows, logistics, and scheduling
Responsible for the clinic operations
Work collaboratively with key client stakeholders, including health, safety, environmental, HR and benefits professionals, as well as working with medical and operational leadership at Medcor
Administer and manage health service functions and daily clinic operations
Provide superior customer service to Medcor’s client and employees
Assessment and treatment of workplace injuries and illnesses according to Medcor’s Evidence Based Medicine protocols, known as the Medcor Care Protocols (MCPs)
Build and maintain internal team relationships
Support for onsite employee health and wellness efforts
Collaborate with client professionals in health, safety and environmental practices
Collaborate with client human resources and benefits professionals on clinic issues
Document and manage information using electronic medical records software and other tools

Requirements

Able to operate in a construction environment
Valid licensure for the position in which you are applying and current CPR/BLS certification
Strong computer and other technology skills (navigate cell phones, texting, fax machines, etc), as well as familiarity with EMR software
Able to lift a 50lb emergency response bag
Excellent verbal / written communication skills
A positive and outgoing personality

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of OSHA regulations and guidelines
Experience in emergency medicine or critical care
