Responsibilities
- Provide an assessment of patients, determine necessary care and deliver emergency services.
- Document patient information, condition and treatment while maintaining confidentiality and patient rights.
- Operate an ambulance in accordance with company safety policies and traffic laws.
- Work collaboratively and professionally with allied health and public safety personnel.
- Participate in community programs to maintain AMR image and establish strong community relations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- State EMTI License
- State Driver’s License
- BLS, NREMT
- Pass Physical Agility Test
- Some work experience, preferably in healthcare
Qualifications
- Minimum qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (GED), State EMTI License, State Driver’s License, BLS, NREMT, Pass Physical Agility Test
- Potential preferred qualifications: Related experience in healthcare
