EMT Basic PT - Wichita Falls, TX

Responsibilities

• Provide an assessment of patients, determine necessary care and deliver emergency services.
• Document patient information, condition and treatment while maintaining confidentiality and patient rights.
• Operate an ambulance in accordance with company safety policies and traffic laws.
• Work collaboratively and professionally with allied health and public safety personnel.
• Participate in community programs to maintain AMR image and establish strong community relations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• State EMT License.
• State Driver’s License.
• BLS certification.
• NREMT certification.
• Pass a physical agility test.

Qualifications

• Some work experience, preferably in healthcare.

Skills

Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) skills, including communications, medical equipment, cleaning procedures, and office equipment and tools.
