EMT Basic - Located in Wichita Falls, TX

Located in Wichita Falls, TX. Immediate hiring for a full‑time Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) position.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients, determine necessary care, and deliver emergency services using appropriate medical techniques and equipment.
• Document patient information, condition, and treatment while maintaining confidentiality and patient rights.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well‑stocked environment for patients.
• Utilize EMT skills for communications, medical equipment operation, cleaning procedures, and office tools.
• Operate an ambulance in accordance with company safety policies and traffic laws.
• Collaborate professionally with allied health and public safety personnel and fellow EMTs.
• Participate in community programs to promote AMR’s image and strengthen community relations.

Minimum Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• State EMT license.
• State driver’s license.
• BLS certification, NREMT.
• Driving record compliant with company policy.
• Pass physical agility test.
• Some work experience, preferably in healthcare.

Preferred Qualifications

• Related experience in healthcare.
