Primary Responsibilities
- Respond to medical and traumatic emergencies.
- Provide BLS care during emergency calls and patient transfers.
- Work within TMHC and Georgia EMS protocols.
- Assist ALS teams within your scope of practice.
- Complete clear and accurate patient documentation.
- Represent TMHC with professionalism and compassion.
Daily Duties
- Ensure vehicles and equipment are cleaned, stocked, and ready.
- Drive and respond safely, following all legal and company protocols.
- Follow infection control and Universal Precautions.
- Mentor and train fellow team members when needed.
- Participate in community outreach and education.
- Report on time, in uniform, and stay shift ready.
Qualifications
- Current Georgia EMT or AEMT certification (DPH/OEMS).
- CPR – BLS (AHA preferred).
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift and maneuver 150 lbs. with assistance.
- Professional, team-oriented, and patient-focused.
- Must be 25 years old.
