EMT-Basic / AEMT

Aspire Rural Health System is hiring an EMT-Basic or AEMT to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals committed to delivering the highest quality of service to both our patients and employees.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current EMT/AEMT - Basic certification and state licensure
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Previous experience in emergency medical services (EMS) or a related healthcare field
• Knowledge of local and regional medical protocols and emergency services
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality emergency medical care in the pre-hospital setting
• Assess and treat patients
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation
• Operate in various environments, often under stressful conditions, while following established medical protocols

Hours: Casual. Location: Marlette / Brown City, MI.
