We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real content. No job title heading. No metadata like Job ID. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "If you’re a skilled and compassionate EMT ready to take your career to the next level..." maybe part of intro but keep? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The line "If you’re a skilled and compassionate EMT ready to take your career to the next level in a fast-paced urgent care setting. We encourage you to apply!" is application instruction? It's encouraging to apply, maybe considered application instruction. Should we remove? Likely yes, as it's a call to apply. Also "There's a job and then there's purposeful, transformative work..." is fluff but maybe keep? It's not boilerplate but could be considered promotional. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we keep mission statement, opportunity description, impact sections, responsibilities, required availability, who you are, bonus qualifications, pay transparency, benefits, etc.
We need to structure sections: About the role (maybe mission and opportunity), Responsibilities (Patient Interaction, Clinical Responsibilities, Collaboration), Requirements (Required Availability, Education, Certification, etc.), Qualifications (maybe Who You Are), Skills (Technically savvy, etc.), Benefits (Why You'll Love Working With Us), Pay (Hourly Pay Range), Schedule (Required Availability maybe also schedule). But we must not duplicate. Let's decide sections:
- About the role: mission statement and opportunity description.
- Responsibilities: Patient Interaction, Clinical Responsibilities, Collaboration with Clinical Team.
- Requirements: Required Availability (shifts), Education, Certification, etc.
- Qualifications: Who You Are (compassionate, communicator, trustworthy, etc.) maybe also Bonus Qualifications.
- Skills: Technically savvy, etc.
- Benefits: Why You'll Love Working With Us (list benefits).
- Pay: Hourly Pay Range.
- Schedule: maybe we already covered availability under Requirements; but schedule could be separate if we have details. The posting includes Required Availability details (shifts). That is schedule info. Could put under Schedule section. But we already have Required Availability under Requirements. To avoid duplication, we can put schedule details under Schedule section and not repeat under Requirements. However the instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe combine schedule into Requirements? But we have separate headings list; we can include Schedule if we have content. Let's put Schedule section with the shift requirements. Then Requirements can focus on education, certification, etc. Qualifications can focus on personal attributes. Skills can focus on technical. Benefits separate. Pay separate.
We must not repeat job title. Ensure we preserve all substantive info.
Let's extract content:

Applicants rarely meet every single job requirement, and we appreciate that many skills and backgrounds can make people successful in this role. If you’re looking for a great next step, and want to feel good about what you do, we’d love to hear from you." This is promotional but not boilerplate; could be kept under Benefits or a separate section like "About Us". But we already have About the role. Could add a section "Our Culture" but not required. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe incorporate that into Benefits or About the role. Since it's about workplace culture, could be part of Benefits. We'll add as bullet points under Benefits.
Also there is legal line about Massachusetts lie detector test; that's legal boilerplate; should be removed.
Now construct HTML.
We'll have:
About the role
mission + opportunity paragraphs.

with sub-sections? Could just list all responsibilities as li items grouped? Could also have nested headings but not allowed; only for section headings. So we can have - ... etc. We'll separate categories maybe with

But we have three categories; we could keep as separate
each preceded by a heading? Not allowed to use other headings. Could use
