EMR SITE SPECIALIST - IT DEPARTMENT

About the role

The EMR Site Specialist will provide direct support to clinical operations and patient care teams to facilitate the introduction, acceptance, integration, and optimal use of the Meditech Expanse application at Northwest Specialty Hospital.

Responsibilities

• Direct support to clinical operations and patient care teams
• End user training
• Ongoing support and workflow analysis
• Process improvement and assistance with Meditech Expanse EMR and other supporting applications

Requirements

• Knowledge of or experience with EMR / EPM systems and related healthcare processes
• Expert-level computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
• Knowledge of SharePoint is preferred

Qualifications

• 2 years of work experience in end-user training and/or implementation training support
• Professional and organized with excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to establish constructive working relationships with all levels of employees
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to utilize critical thinking and listening skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
• Knowledge of SharePoint

Pay
