About the role
The EMR Site Specialist will provide direct support to clinical operations and patient care teams to facilitate the introduction, acceptance, integration, and optimal use of the Meditech Expanse application at Northwest Specialty Hospital.
Responsibilities
- Direct support to clinical operations and patient care teams
- Facilitate the introduction, acceptance, integration, and optimal use of the Meditech Expanse application
- Be actively engaged in end user training
- Onsite support
- Workflow analysis
- Design, process improvement, and assistance with the Meditech Expanse EMR and other supporting applications
Requirements
- Knowledge of or experience with EMR / EPM systems and related healthcare processes
- Expert-level computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Knowledge of SharePoint is preferred
- Professional and organized with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to transform complex information into simple formats
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Exercise sound independent judgment within established guidelines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate critical thinking and listening skills
- Work independently and within a team
Qualifications
- 2 years of work experience in end-user training and/or implementation training support
- Knowledgeable or experienced with EMR / EPM systems and related healthcare processes

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
