We're looking for experienced EMR/EHR Implementation Specialists to lend their real-world expertise to AI projects focused on clinical systems, healthcare workflows, and digital health infrastructure. Your hands-on knowledge of platforms like Epic and Cerner will directly shape how AI understands and reasons about healthcare technology — making a meaningful impact on the future of digital medicine.

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Responsibilities

  • Apply your EMR/EHR expertise to evaluate, annotate, and improve AI-generated content related to clinical systems and healthcare workflows
  • Review and assess AI outputs covering topics such as system configuration, clinical process design, and EHR best practices
  • Identify gaps, inaccuracies, or unrealistic scenarios in AI-generated healthcare technology content
  • Provide structured, expert feedback that helps AI models produce more accurate and clinically sound outputs
  • Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, or optimizing EMR/EHR systems — Epic, Cerner, or similar platforms
  • Strong understanding of clinical and administrative healthcare workflows
  • Ability to evaluate technical healthcare content for accuracy, completeness, and real-world applicability
  • Detail-oriented with clear written communication skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience with data annotation, quality assurance, or evaluation workflows
  • Background in clinical informatics, health IT consulting, or healthcare operations
  • Familiarity with interoperability standards such as HL7 or FHIR
  • Epic or Cerner certification
