  • Assess AI outputs related to clinical workflows, system configuration, and healthcare operations
  • Identify gaps, errors, or unrealistic recommendations in AI-generated guidance on Epic, Cerner, or similar platforms
  • Provide structured, expert feedback that directly improves how AI understands and communicates healthcare IT concepts
  • Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

  • Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, or optimizing EMR/EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or similar platforms
  • Strong understanding of clinical and administrative healthcare workflows
  • Ability to critically evaluate technical content against real-world healthcare operations
  • Detail-oriented with clear written communication skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently

Nice to Have

  • Epic or Cerner certification
  • Experience with data annotation, data quality, or content evaluation
  • Background in clinical informatics, health IT consulting, or digital health transformation
  • Familiarity with AI tools or large language model evaluation workflows

Why Join Us

  • Work on cutting-edge AI projects with top-tier research labs and teams
  • Fully remote and flexible — work on your own schedule
  • Freelance perks: autonomy, variety, and global collaboration
  • Contribute meaningfully to how AI understands and communicates in healthcare
  • Potential for ongoing work and contract extension
