Program Highlights

• Duration: 8-14 weeks based on individual need
• Who Should Apply: Individuals living with disabilities or barriers to employment who are motivated to grow and succeed.
• No Experience Needed: All training and support will be provided.

Typical Working Conditions

• Individuals work in a reasonably clean, indoor production environment under supervision.
• Continuous contact with staff and co-workers of various abilities.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
• Reasonable accommodation will be made to enable individuals living with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
• This position involves exposure to hot cooking equipment, sharp objects, and a fast-paced environment.
• Adherence to all safety and hygiene standards is required to maintain a safe workspace.
