RESPONSIBILITIES & SCOPE

• Transports consumers to and from work.
• Develops a rapport with individuals to cultivate a safe and supportive working relationship.
• Affords assistance and support to individuals in understanding and overcoming social and emotional issues, providing skill-building techniques, and fostering development and enhancement of supports to help reduce dependency on agency services.
• Affords assistance and support to individuals in developing and enhancing natural supports at the work sites.
• Maintains a valid driver's license and provides transportation to and from distances as required in a reliable, safe, inspected, and registered vehicle, in accordance with agency policies.
