About the role

The Employment Specialist/Job Coach is responsible for providing individualized support to individuals with disabilities to help them achieve their employment goals.

Responsibilities

• Assess client needs and develop personalized job coaching plans
• Facilitate job placement and assist in securing employment opportunities
• Provide ongoing support to maintain employment stability
• Collaborate with employers to ensure a positive work environment
• Conduct regular progress reviews and adjust plans as necessary

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Rehabilitation Counseling, or related field
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in disability services or job training
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Knowledge of employment supports and resources for individuals with disabilities
• Experience working with diverse populations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
