Qualifications/Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required and one year of paid or volunteer experience working with young adults and/or adults
- College degree with appropriate level of relevant community-based social service experience is preferred
- At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current automobile insurance are required
- Bi-Lingual/Spanish speaking is a plus
- Availability to work a flexible schedule
