About the role

Responsibilities
- Manage candidate interactions and scheduling interviews
- Support the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Prepare and maintain candidate files
- Communicate with candidates regarding the status of their applications
- Handle administrative tasks related to the hiring process
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in recruitment or related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
