About the role
Gloucestershire Employment and Skills Hub offers a one-stop source of information, advice, guidance and support around employment and skills. Working with a range of partners and employers in localities across Gloucestershire, the Hub delivers 1:1 support through a number of programs for people with barriers to sustaining or retaining work, as well as advice and signposting for any resident looking for help.
Responsibilities
- Support individuals from diverse backgrounds who face significant barriers such as disability and long-term health conditions to find and maintain sustained employment.
- Build strong relationships with participants, helping them identify suitable job goals through vocational profiling and personalized employment plans.
- Work closely with local employers and support organizations to create inclusive opportunities, using knowledge of the local labor market to match people’s strengths with real job opportunities.

Pay
The salary range for this role is £30,024 - £32,597 per annum.
Schedule
This is a fixed term contract lasting two years.
