The Opportunity
The Center for Employment Opportunities (CEO) is seeking an Employment Specialist for its Sacramento, CA office. This role is essential to CEO’s mission to help individuals coming out of incarceration gain the skills and confidence needed for a successful transition to stable and productive lives.
Who We Are
The Center for Employment Opportunities (CEO) provides employment services to people recently released from incarceration. CEO serves over 8,000-9,000 participants annually across the United States, and has helped over 30,000 formerly incarcerated individuals secure full-time employment since 1996. CEO strongly encourages applications from individuals with lived experience of incarceration or involvement in the justice system.

- Able to analyze data and make decisions based on market research
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic plan for placement services
- Evaluate employer demand and usage of CEO services
- Screen and match program participants with employment opportunities
- Document all participant and employer contact, activities, and outcomes in Salesforce
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $52,600
