Essential Responsibilities

• Lead and grow CEL's Employment Services program, ensuring high-quality, person-centered services
• Build and strengthen partnerships with employers, schools, and community organizations to expand employment opportunities
• Coach, develop, and support a team dedicated to helping members achieve meaningful employment
• Monitor program performance, outcomes, and compliance while driving continuous improvement
• Collaborate across departments to advance CEL's mission and create exceptional member experiences

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and leadership experience
• Experience leading teams, programs, or employment services in a human services setting
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills with employers and community partners
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
• Passion for empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to achieve meaningful employment
