Essential Responsibilities
- Lead and grow CEL's Employment Services program, ensuring high-quality, person-centered services
- Build and strengthen partnerships with employers, schools, and community organizations to expand employment opportunities
- Coach, develop, and support a team dedicated to helping members achieve meaningful employment
- Monitor program performance, outcomes, and compliance while driving continuous improvement
- Collaborate across departments to advance CEL's mission and create exceptional member experiences
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and leadership experience
- Experience leading teams, programs, or employment services in a human services setting
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills with employers and community partners
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- Passion for empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to achieve meaningful employment
